Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research chemicals, UPLYFT operates a strict no-return policy. Refunds are issued only in the two narrow circumstances below.
1. When You May Request a Refund
UPLYFT will issue a refund only in the following situations:
- Wrong product received — if you receive a product that does not match what you ordered (different compound, different dosage, or different vial count) and you can provide clear photographic proof. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Order not yet shipped — if your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility, you may request a full refund and cancellation. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, this option is no longer available.
2. Situations We Do NOT Refund
We are unable to issue refunds, returns, replacements, or store credit for:
- Opened, reconstituted, or used product.
- "Buyer's remorse" — change of mind, ordering the wrong product yourself, or no longer needing the material.
- Failed or unsuccessful research outcomes. UPLYFT does not warrant any specific in-vitro result.
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside UPLYFT's control.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments resulting from an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to clear customs.
- Adverse outcomes from misuse — including any human or animal exposure, which is strictly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@uplyftpeptides.com with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the request (wrong product / pre-shipment cancellation).
- For wrong-product claims: clear, well-lit photographs of the unopened vial, the label, the outer packaging, and the packing slip.
Please submit your request within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after that window will not be eligible for refund.
4. Review & Processing Timeline
- We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Bank or card-network processing times for the funds to appear on your statement may vary.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or compromised in transit, photograph the packaging and the contents before opening and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For shipments lost in transit (no delivery confirmation after the carrier's posted maximum delivery window), contact us so we can open a carrier trace. Replacement or refund decisions follow the carrier's investigation outcome.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with an order, please contact us first — we will work in good faith to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account and refusal of future orders.
