Free Shipping On Orders Over $250
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders whose final total — after all coupon and bundle discounts — is $250.00 USD or greater. Shipping cost is calculated against the post-discount cart total, not the pre-discount subtotal.
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the carrier picks up your shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Carriers & methods
- Standard cold-chain (USPS Priority / UPS Ground) — typically 2–4 business days in transit.
- Express cold-chain (UPS / FedEx 2-Day or Overnight) — available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Cost
- Free standard shipping on orders with a final total of $250+ USD (after discounts).
- Orders under $250 ship at the calculated rate displayed at checkout.
- Express upgrades are available at the customer's expense regardless of cart total.
3. International Shipping
UPLYFT ships internationally to most countries. Available services and exact transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Important notes for international buyers
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Charges are assessed by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier on delivery.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal to import into your country and that you hold any required research, institutional, or import authorization.
- If a shipment is rejected, abandoned, or seized by customs, UPLYFT cannot refund the cost of the order or shipping.
- Transit times outside the U.S. typically range from 5–14 business days, but customs clearance can extend this.
- Free-shipping promotions apply to U.S. domestic orders only unless explicitly stated.
4. Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized peptides are temperature-stable for the duration of normal transit, but UPLYFT packages every order in insulated mailers with included ice packs to maintain product integrity, especially during summer months and long international transits.
5. Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number when the order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact support@uplyftpeptides.com.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. UPLYFT is not liable for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can correct the address only if the order has not yet been picked up by the carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation past the carrier's maximum delivery window) or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected/actual delivery date with photographs of the packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
8. Restricted Destinations
UPLYFT reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination subject to U.S. export controls or sanctions, or where the receipt of research chemicals is restricted by local law. If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, you will be notified and refunded in full prior to dispatch.
